    Consistent quality, no bends

Went through several boxes framing partition walls. These 10d commons drove straight every time — no weak shanks bending sideways on a miss. The bright finish isn't for exterior use, but for interior framing they're exactly right.

Good value for a 1 lb box

About 75 nails as advertised. The broad flat head holds well in dimensional lumber. I used them for a deck ledger board — they clinch over nicely on the back side. A galvanized version would be ideal for exterior, but for the price these are great.

    Sharp tips, easy to start

The tips on these are noticeably sharper than the big-box store brands. They start with a tap instead of needing multiple strikes. Nice for overhead work where you're holding the nail with one hand.

Framed a whole shed with these

Bought four boxes for a 10×12 shed. No defects, no splitting at the shank, good holding power in Douglas fir. The thick shank gives way more pull-through resistance than roofing nails I've used for the same purpose.

    Reliable for interior rough framing

I use these on every flip for blocking and interior walls. They're consistent and I've never had a batch with bad points or cracked heads. Just remember: bright steel means indoors only — I learned the hard way on a garage wall.
